I'm Mark Janko and I'm a 1977 graduate of Notre Dame. I have been active as a real estate broker since 1978. In 1980 I started Janko Realty & Development. I work exclusively in all phases of commercial/industrial real estate. I hold a CCIM & SIOR Designation.

The CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation is awarded to commercial real estate professionals upon successful completion of the graduate-level education curriculum and presentation of a portfolio of qualifying industry experience. The curriculum addresses: financial analysis, market analysis, user decision analysis and investment analysis-the cornerstones of commercial investment real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. CCIM designates are recognized experts in these areas.

SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) Industrial/Office designation is awarded by the International Association of Professional Commercial Real Estate Brokers. Individuals who hold the SIOR designation are top producers in the commercial real estate field and are represented in 480 cities and 20 countries around the world. SIOR enforces a code of ethics and requires designees to complete its ethics course within their first three years of membership. Last year SIOR designees closed more than 72,000 buying, selling, or leasing transactions involving 2.2 billion square feet of commercial real estate. These transactions totaled 80.7 billion, or an average of 32.3 million per member.

Larry has recently joined Janko Realty & Development and will be active in the Commercial/Industrial and Business Brokerage Divisions. He lives in Peru with his wife, Barb, who is a Registered Nurse employed by Illinois Valley Community Hospital as a Quality Management Supervisor. Larry and Barb have two sons; Chris who is a Pit Manager with Coast Casinos, Inc. in Las Vegas NV, and Brad who will graduate in May from St. Ambrose University of Davenport IA.

· Assisted with the development of 18 hotels and 4 Assisted Living Centers

Ron has spent his entire life in the farming industry and has been selling real estate for over 35 years. He has a great deal of experience with 1031 Land Exchanges. Ron along with his father developed Lake Wildwood at Varna, Lake Thunderbird at Putnam and Hopewell Estates in Sparland IL. Ron also spent 16 years as a trustee on the Village Board of Lostant.

In June 2007, Ron finalized 14 months of negotiating with the sale of 1300 acres in Wenona, Illinois for a total sale of over $8 million. During 2006, Ron's first year as a farmland agent with Janko Realty & Development, closed eight separate transactions of farmland and open land with development potential totaling over 960 acres.
